食品工业中润滑剂的监管、使用及控制

Regulation,Utilization and Control of Lubricant in Food Industry

  • 摘要: 在对食品进行加工的过程中,产品在包装时会与食品包装机械的部件发生摩擦,润滑剂的使用已成为食品生产企业关注的食品安全危害控制点之一。介绍了食品级润滑剂的定义和分类,概述了国内外有关食品级润滑剂的监管制度和相关标准,并针对我国目前使用现状,提出了监管措施中存在的不足以及解决办法,以便于为食品加工企业与监管部门提供意见参考。

     

    Abstract: It is inevitably that some mechanical components accidentally contact with products or product packaging during food processing,so that utilization of lubricant has become one of food security control points concerned by food manufacturing enterprises.Definition and classification of food-level lubricant were introduced.Domestic and overseas regulatory system and related standard on food-level lubricant were summarized.Deficiencies existing in China’s regulation measures and working suggestions based on current situation of lubricant’s utilization in China were proposed,aiming at providing references for China’s related supervision departments and enterprises.
