Abstract: In order to solve high efficient utilization of water resources，building of intelligent water network in Shizuishan city was implemented.Its typical characteristics were‘triple play’and‘multi use’.Structure of intelligent water network was introduced.Position，construction measures and functions of each project were analyzed.Building of intelligent water network was the need to optimize allocation of water resources，to build water ecological civilization city and to realize sustainable development of economy and society in Shizuishan city.
