Abstract: Agricultural English is a course with strong practicality，which is aimed at developing agricultural professionals′ externally learning，communicating and cooperating ability in English.However，there are some problems concerning students′ cultivation of occupation ability in agricultural English teaching of many universities.Existing problems of cultivating occupation ability in agricultural teaching will be found and suggestions on agricultural English teaching reform from perspective of cultivating occupation ability will be given on the basis of investigating and researching occupation ability in agricultural teaching.
