Abstract: Based on‘Outstanding talent cultivation plan of agriculture and forestry’，driving force about cultivating outstanding talents of agriculture was presented.The study found that transformation of agricultural development and promotion of modern agriculture construction was social demand driven mechanism of outstanding agricultural talents cultivation，connotative development of agricultural colleges and universities was main demand driven mechanism of outstanding agricultural talents cultivation，matching classification training for educational object based on people-job matching was endogenous demand driving mechanism.
