Abstract: In order to master application effects of different machine transplanting rice seedling substrates formulation，taking two composite soil as nutrient soil comparison，experiment effects of different machine transplanting rice seedling substrates formulation including 3 brand matrix and its dry fine soil，seedling strengthen agent mixing were researched and compared.Results showed that different formulation substrates seeding had many advantages compared with nutrient soil，such as it could improve seedling quality obviously，yield structure was reasonable and effect of increasing yield was very significant.Especially the formula of substrate 3+ two composite soil + seedling strengthen agent was optimal.
