叶菜立体栽培装置控制系统设计

摘要: 针对温室内空间有限而种植需求较大的情况,设计了一种叶菜立体栽培装置系统。该系统由电机传输和气缸联合构成,为提高系统可靠性和可操作性,在该装置的自动控制系统中采用PLC控制方式,温湿度检测、CO2检测和到位检测等控制,并通过使用光照传感器与升降装置相结合,实现叶菜最大化生长。系统安全可靠,实用性强,为实现温室内空间利用最大化、机械化和自动控制操作提供了很好的参考。Abstract: Aiming at limited space in greenhouse and growing large demand,a three-dimensional cultivation system of leafy vegetables was designed.The system consists of motor transmission and cylinder combination.To improve system reliability and operability,PLC control mode,temperature and humidity detection,CO2 detection,position detection and control were used in automatic control system of device.By using light sensor and lifting device,maximum growth of leafy vegetables was achieved.The system was safe,reliable and practical,which provided a good reference for realization of space utilization maximum,mechanization,and automatic control operation in the greenhouse.
