Structure Optimization of Ear Box Bracket of 4YZS-4 Type Corn for Seed Harvester

摘要: 为提高4YZS-4型制种玉米收获机的稳定性,构建了典型工况下的果穗箱支架力学模型。通过有限元模拟,找到了最大应力和最大位移发生位置,进而对结构进行优化。优化后的结构承受的最大应力、最大位移以及Y方向最大位移分别减少了5.6%、6.8%和26%。该研究为今后玉米收获机果穗箱及支架的设计提供参考。Abstract: In order to improve the stability of 4YZS-4 type corn for seed harvester,mechanical model of ear box bracket under typical operating conditions was built.By finite element simulation,position of maximum stress and maximum displacement was found and then the structure was optimized.Maximum stress,maximum displacement and maximum displacement of Y direction of ear box bracket reduced by 5.6%,6.8% and 26% after optimization.It provided reference for the future design of corn harvester ear box and bracket.
