摘要: 针对食品类专业新生存在的专业思想不稳定、对食品专业认识不足、学习态度不端正、学习动力不足的问题,从师资队伍、入学教育、实践体系和知识讲座等方面进行导学模式改革,增强新生的专业学习兴趣和主动性,增强专业认同感,有助于实现高素质人才培养的目标。Abstract: For problems of unstable specialty thought,insufficient professional knowledge,bad learning attitude and underpowered learning on fresher major in Food,reform of‘Guided Teaching’model from teachers,entrance education,practice system,lectures and other aspects was carried on.It could strengthen new professional learning interest and initiative,enhance professional identity,which helped to realize the goal of training high-quality talents.
