Abstract: With continuous development of rural society economy，demand for informationization of rural government management has become increasingly prominent.Design and development of‘Fanghuiju’work management information system has great significance for improving the Xinjiang rural government service and management level.The system combined geographic information（GIS）technology，massively heterogeneous data processing technology，Service-Oriented Architecture（SOA），applying JavaEE platform and Oracle database.This system taken the‘Fanghuiju’village work group，county，township and village as the main objects of service.The‘Fanghuiju’work management information system helped to manage a large number of isolated data at the village level scientifically and effectively，unified coordination of information uploaded and issued.It provided technical support for‘Fanghuiju’work and rural information service，which made it convient，efficient and professional.
