Abstract: Based on understanding of digital resource concepts and methods of digital resource evaluation，evaluation and construction of digital resources with knowledge ontology were expounded.At the same time，concrete work in the development of agricultural university digital resources evaluation system was put forward.In fact，evaluation of digital resources combined with knowledge ontology has important value，and it was guarantee to further realize digital resources evaluation in our country.Digital resources can deeply influence and promote service level of digital resources in colleges and universities，and guide evaluation of digital resources through the index.
