Abstract:
In order to streamline and optimize scissors fork mechanism of lifting platform,kinematics and dynamics simulation of scissors fork mechanism were carried out by using CADCAE software.Size of hydraulic cylinder was determined.Force on hinge point of scissors fork under dangerous conditions was analyzed.Finite element analysis of scissors fork arms was made.Stress distribution diagram and deformation distribution diagram of scissors fork arms were obtained.Structure of optimized scissors fork mechanism of lifting platform was simpler and its manufacturing cost reduced.Optimized mechanism had wide application prospect.
