以车代磨加工履带拖拉机轴类零件实践研究

Practice and Research of Machining Shaft Parts of Crawler Tractor Using Turning instead of Grinding

  • 摘要: 对履带拖拉机轴类零件的加工工艺和精度要求进行分析,确定以车削替代磨床加工方式的可行性和适用性,验证该方案在推广方面的经济性。利用精度较好的数控机床,对多个类型的轴类零件进行验证加工,通过比较轴类零件不同的金属材质、热处理方式、外表面硬度、形状特点和加工方式,选择不同种类的机械加工刀具、刀片以及相应的切削参数,从而确定一种既能够满足产品工艺需求,又简单可行的加工工艺,并逐步推广到其他种类零件加工中,最终实现履带拖拉机品质的提升和零部件工艺的改进。

     

    Abstract: Processing technology and accuracy requirements of shaft parts of crawler tractor were analyzed.Feasibility and applicability of processing mode that using turning instead of grinding was determined.Promotion economy of the scheme was verified.Verification processing of several types of shaft parts was carried out by CNC machine tools with better accuracy.By comparing different metal material,heat treatment mode,external surface hardness,shape characteristic and processing mode of shaft parts,selecting different kinds of machined cutting tools,inserts,and corresponding cutting parameters,so as to determine a kind of processing technology that could meet the needs of product process and was simple and feasible.And this process was extended to other types of parts processing gradually.Finally,quality of crawler tractor was improved and process of parts was improved.
