Abstract: Agricultural listed companies reflects development of China′s agricultural enterprises as a leader in the agricultural industry in a certain degree.The diversification of agricultural enterprises has become a common phenomenon currently.Impact of diversification strategy on corporate performance was analyzed using data of agricultural companies.It found that diversification has a negative impact on corporate performance， especially for private companies， and China′s agricultural listed companies diversified business strategy need to be improved.
