Abstract: Agricultural eco-tourism is the combination of ecological agriculture and tourism.It originates from agriculture，builds in the countryside，benefits farmers and serves the ‘three rural issues’.It is a combination of production，life and ecology，spanning the 123 industry，beneficial to agricultural efficiency，increasing farmers′ income and rural prosperity.It is an important part of modern agriculture.Its meaning，characteristics，significance，ecological environment protection，existing problems and suggestions were elaborated.
