Abstract: In order to ensure improvement of college students′autonomous learning ability and comprehensive quality level，teaching reform measures in colleges and universities are depressed year by year，which brings great challenge to quality teaching in colleges and universities.Taking Sichuan University of Science and Engineering as an example，from reform of training program and revision of syllabus，teaching methods，improve teaching methods and make full use of the second class and other aspects，construction of teaching quality guarantee system in colleges and universities under condition of compressed credit was analyzed.
