Abstract: As the first city to carry out mechanized subsoiling and soil preparation operation in southern hilly area，effect of popularization and application of mechanized subsoiling and soil preparation in Chongqing was obvious for two years.The technology was well received by users.Application effect of this technology for citrus，radish and potato in Chongqing were summarized focusing on analysis of effect on yield and quality of citrus，radish and potato，to provide data support and reference preparation work to continue to do a good job of mechanized subsoiling and soil preparation in the hilly area.
