Abstract: China has rich straw resources，and because of its environmental protection characteristics，straw power generation project has also been supported by the government.Although the country has opened road and provided guarantee for it in terms of policies and laws and regulations，it is obvious that efforts are still relatively small.So system should be innovative，enthusiasm of local government for straw power generation industry development should be able to drive，execution should be ensured，so as to make straw power generation projects in China to be guaranteed in the promotion and implementation.
