具有电动变量施肥功能的马铃薯中耕机设计与试验

摘要: 随着马铃薯种植农艺的变化,农户在中耕过程中需中耕施肥、铺设滴灌带及垄间打坑,且对定量施肥要求严格。设计了一种具有电动变量施肥功能的马铃薯中耕机,该机不仅设有打坑及滴管带铺设机构,而且还可通过变量施肥驱动机构,实现不同中耕速度下单位面积等量施肥,便于用户管理定量施肥。Abstract: With change of potato cultivation agronomic,cultivating fertilization,laying drip irrigation hose and digging holes between ridges need to be done by farmers in the process of farming,and requirement of quantitative fertilization was strict.A potato cultivator with electrokinetic variable fertilization function was designed,which not only had drip irrigation hose laying mechanism and digging holes mechanism,but also could be driven by variable fertilization driving mechanism to realize same amount of fertilizer per unit area under different tillage speed.Therefore,it was convenient for users to manage quantitative fertilization.
