Abstract: Accurate completion of bamboo mat weaving knitting action mainly depends on incomplete gear mechanism.When incomplete gear mechanism is designed，problems in the design should be comprehensively analyzed to ensure accuracy and reasonable of incomplete gear mechanism motion.
