Abstract: With progress of Chinese political economy and culture and development of information science and technology，our agriculture has entered a new period of development，main direction of its development is to expand the degree of agricultural opening to outside world.Therefore，in the new social background，agricultural science and technology talents need to have strong oral English ability，and proficient in agricultural expertise and technology，so as to provide support for China′s agricultural international exchange and cooperation.Based on this，training of oral English has become necessary preparation for agricultural foreign trade transactions.Importance and application of oral English in agricultural foreign trade transactions were analyzed.
