Abstract: Agricultural machinery cooperatives play an important role in development of modern agriculture.Relevant government departments also attach great importance to development of agricultural cooperatives.Healthy development of cooperatives has a direct impact on service market of agricultural machinery and development of modern agriculture.Summing up development experience and solving problems that arise，could make agricultural machinery cooperatives better on a healthy and rapid track of development.Development process and management situation of Beijing Henan-village Agricultural Machinery Service Professional Cooperatives，which was national agricultural machinery cooperatives demonstration society，was introduced.Combined with difficulties and problems existing in operation and management of agricultural machinery cooperatives，measures for training and improving inservice personnel were put forward，practice of agricultural education for junior high school students to solve the agricultural cooperatives of professional talents was carried out.It can provide reference experience for better development of agricultural machinery cooperatives in the future.
