Employment Influential Factors and Teaching Approach of Engineering Postgraduates in Agricultural Colleges

  • 摘要: 研究生就业情况关系着培养单位的学科发展及生存。结合涉农院校的学生特征、师资队伍及培养模式等影响因素,从高校教学的角度审视就业问题,从培养定位、课程体系、师资队伍、考核体系和就业渠道等方面探讨了提升工科专业研究生的教学培养质量及就业竞争力的教学途径。

     

    Abstract: Employment of postgraduates is related to development and survival of discipline in training units.Combined with influential factors such as students′ characteristics,teaching staff and training mode in agricultural colleges,employment issues were scrutinized from perspective of university teaching.Teaching approaches to enhance teaching and training quality and employment competitiveness of engineering postgraduates were explored,from views of training orientation,curriculum system,teaching staff,assessment system and employment channels.
