Abstract: Healthy and orderly development of rural tourism is an important way to realize beautiful countryside construction，and also an effective guarantee to achieve construction of rural ecological civilization.Xi’an rural tourism has developed for more than 20 years.But at present，diverse needs of tourists can′t be satisfied，and construction of beautiful countryside was also restricted.Through discussion of problems existing in development of Xi’an rural tourism，corresponding development strategies were put forward to realize transformation and upgrading of rural tourism，and promote construction of beautiful countryside.
