茄科蔬菜嫁接秧苗几何及力学特性试验研究

摘要: 为了获得蔬菜自动嫁接装备的设计依据,以茄子、番茄和辣椒3种典型茄科蔬菜为研究对象,开展了与自动嫁接作业相关的秧苗几何及物理力学特性试验研究。嫁接苗的株高和苗径测量结果表明,茄子、番茄和辣椒3种茄科蔬菜的砧木和接穗在嫁接期株高平均值均超过100 mm;番茄和茄子的砧木苗径大部分为3.0~4.0 mm、穗木苗径为2.5~3.5 mm;辣椒砧木和穗木平均苗径分别为2.8 mm和2.4 mm。茄科蔬菜嫁接秧苗平均夹持损伤临界压力值为780~930 MPa,砧木和穗木夹持损伤的最小临界压力分别为800 kPa和700 kPa;嫁接秧苗茎秆斜切剪切力低于直切状态下剪切力,降低幅度超过50%。Abstract: To provide references for design of vegetable grafting robot,test research on geometrics and mechanics of solanceous vegetable seedlings such as eggplant,tomato and pepper were carried out.Test results for grafting seedling geometrics of eggplant,tomato and pepper showed that plant height of three vegetable seedlings which were in the grafting time were over 100 mm,and the seedling diameters of the most stocks and scions of eggplant and tomato are 3.0-4.0 mm and 2.5-3.5 mm respectively,and average seedling diameter of stocks and scions of pepper were 2.8 mm and 2.4 mm respectively.Average critical pressure to seedling damage of solanceous vegetable was 780-930 MPa,and minimum critical pressures to seedling damage of stocks and scions were more than 800 kPa and 700 kPa respectively.Shearing strength with inclined cutting on vegetable seedlings was less over 50% than that with straight cutting.
