Abstract: With development of e-commerce in all walks of life，agricultural enterprises have gradually embarked on the road of e-commerce development.Some measures were put forward to promote development of e-commerce from perspective of importance of developing e-commerce in agricultural enterprises，help agricultural enterprises keep pace with the times and ensure healthy development of agricultural e-commerce.
