Abstract: Water is one of the most important resources.China is a big water shortage country.And agriculture is a big water user.Existing problems of water saving reform in irrigated area was analyzed.Improvement measures were put forward so as to improve utilization rate of water resources and improve irrigation effect.It contributed to development of agriculture.
