Abstract: Past development of the grain price policy in china was hackled，and some problems of prop purchase policy was pointed out.Directions of grain policy reform was put forward.Firstly，government should constructe a long-term mechanism based on the‘price with separated subsidies’.Secondly，it is necessary to constructe target price measurement system based on big data.Thirdly，government can explore‘double track system’of grain target price policy.Lastly，it must enhance supervision of grain price policy′s implementation.
