Abstract: Agriculture occupies a large proportion in economic development of our country，and some serious natural disasters will cause greater damage to agriculture and reduce crop yields.Construction of meteorological service system can help farmers acquire meteorological information in time by monitoring system and release platform，and take precautions against disasters under guidance of professionals.However，due to the fact that there are still many problems in construction of current meteorological system，we need to increase our research efforts，formulate scientific and effective service programs.A public meteorological service system in rural areas of Xi′an city was constructed，and construction of such meteorological service system had a guiding role in other areas.
