生物质颗粒燃料特性主成分分析及热值预测
Principal Component Analysis on Properties of Biomass Pellets and Calorific Value Prediction Model Based Proximate Analysis

摘要: 为了探寻生物质颗粒燃料工业分析成分及热值之间的相关关系,对生物质颗粒燃料进行综合评价,并用工业分析成分对热值进行预测,测试了36种生物质颗粒燃料的基础特性。结果表明,工业分析成分的4个指标之间存在着线性关系,挥发分与其他指标之间存在负相关关系;提取的两个主成分的方差累计贡献率高达85.97%,在这两个主成分中,挥发分在第1主成分中所占的权重最大,灰分在第2主成分中的权重最大。利用多元线性回归模型建立的生物质颗粒燃料热值预测模型,外部验证的标准差SEP为0.185 kJ/g,相对标准差RSD为1.02%,该预测模型可靠性较高。Abstract: In order to explore correlation between proximate analysis components and calorific value of biomass pellet fuel,36 kinds of biomass pellets were evaluated comprehensively and calorific value was predicted based proximate analysis.Results showed that there was a linear relationship between four indicators of proximate analysis components and a negative correlation between volatiles and other indicators.Cumulative variance of two principal components extracted was as high as 85.97%.In the two principal components,volatile component accounts for the largest share of the first principal component and ash component has the largest weight of the second principal component.Prediction model for calorific value of biomass pellet established by multivariate linear regression model showed that standard deviation of external validation was 0.185 kJ/g,and relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.02%.Prediction model was highly reliable.
