Abstract: On basis of introducing general situation of agricultural industrialization and financing ways of farmers in Shaanxi，problems existing in financing of farmers in Shaanxi province were analyzed，and some corresponding measures to improve process of agricultural industrialization in Shaanxi were put forward.
