Abstract: Development of high-precision positioning technology is getting faster and faster in information age，and its application scope is more and more widely，has been widely applied in social each profession and domain，gradually deep into people′ s daily life，such as navigation and positioning of vehicle and ship，and technology development is also more mature.As mobile communication network continue to evolve，GPS and GPRS could also provide location services.Based on this，high precision positioning system of hybrid agricultural plant protection UAV based on GPS and GPRS were designed and studied started with agriculture.
