7 t级后驱动桥壳结构强度有限元分析

Finite Element Analysis on Structure Strength of 7 t Drive Axle Housing

  • 摘要: 以某款车型的7 t级后驱动桥壳为研究对象,以有限元静态分析和动态分析理论为基础,结合CAD软件CATIA、有限元前后处理软件,完成了汽车驱动桥壳从三维建模到结构强度分析的整个过程。研究表明,通过对驱动桥壳的模态分析、多工况静力分析和动力分析,可全面了解驱动桥壳应力分布,便于检验设计模型是否满足强度、刚度的设计要求。

     

    Abstract: A 7 ton models of drive axle housing was used as a object of research,using finite element static analysis and dynamic analysis theory as the basics,combined with CAD software CATIA and finite element processing software,whole process of vehicle driving axle housing from 3D modeling to structural strength analysis was completed.Research showed that,through modal analysis,static analysis and dynamic analysis of driving axle housing,stress distribution of driving axle housing could be fully understood,and design model was convenient for design requirements of strength and stiffness.
