新疆“兵地”农业科技服务协同发展——以新疆生产建设兵团第12师与乌鲁木齐市为例

Agricultural Science and Technology Services Integration Development of Xinjiang and XPCC：Taking the Twelfth Division and Urumqi City as an Example

摘要: 新疆生产建设兵团和地方政府在农业科技服务机制上的协同发展是推进兵地融合发展的内容之一。兵团在农业科技方面具有极大的优势，兵地双方应采取适当措施，建立协同机制，为兵地科技服务创造条件，提升地方农业技术水平，促进兵地农业现代化的协同发展。

Abstract: Coordinated development of corps and local governments in agricultural science and technology service mechanism is an important part of promoting integration of military and land development.XPCC has great advantages in agricultural science and technology.XPCC and local governments should take appropriate measures to establish a cooperative mechanism to create conditions for scientific and technological services of military areas，which to improve local agricultural technology level and promote coordinated development of agricultural modernization of military areas.
