Abstract: Electrical engineering is developing rapidly with growing demand for power resources because of high development of economy.There are some problems in traditional management model of rural power network，management model of rural power network should be innovated with development of time.Problems in traditional management model of rural power network were analyzed and corresponding measures to improve innovation were put forward，that could provide theoretical reference for innovation of management model of rural power network.
