Abstract: China is a large agricultural country，with a vast territory and diverse natural conditions，uneven economic development and backward development of agriculture.Change of weather and occurrence of meteorological disasters have an important impact on agricultural production，and meteorological forecast is very important in agricultural production.Ways of how to use modern information technology to provide more comprehensive protection for agricultural production are becoming target of joint efforts of meteorological departments in various regions.Based on urgent demand for meteorological science and technology information service of agricultural production，combined with present situation of wenshan meteorological science and technology information service，application of meteorological information service of science and technology in agricultural production was discussed.
