Abstract: As carrier of human activities，land resources provided the basis for development of our country′s economy，and with development of economy and acceleration of urbanization process，our country had gradually increased utilization of land resources.Introduction of land use transformation concept could make more rational use of land resources of our country and promoted comprehensive development of our country.Besides，because land management policy was mainly land resource management，the proposal of land use transformation had a positive impact on rational utilization of land resources in China.In view of this，a brief introduction to concepts of land use transformation and land resource management was giren，and then influence of land resource management and land use transformation on each other was analyzed，at the same time，measures of land use transformation and land resource management was discussed.
