棉花秸秆螺旋压缩装袋机设计及试验

Design and Test of Cotton Straw Spiral Compression Bagging Machine

  • 摘要: 新疆作为全国的主要棉产区,棉花秸秆资源十分丰富,但棉花秸秆资源利用率低。粉碎过后的棉秸秆可用于牛羊饲料,如何将粉碎过后的棉花秸秆进行装袋对解决牛羊饲料问题和推动棉花秸秆的商业化发展具有一定的现实意义。因此,设计1种棉花秸秆螺旋压缩装袋机十分必要,该文介绍了棉花秸秆螺旋压缩装袋机的整机结构及原理,对其主要部件进行设计以及确定了其生产率和功耗。通过对其关键部件变螺距螺旋进行有限元仿真,验证了变螺距螺旋结构强度的可靠性。最后,根据样机比功耗的指标,对其进行室内装袋试验。结果表明,在临界转速内转速越大输送效率越高,在不引起堵塞的情况下喂入量越大输送效率越高。

     

    Abstract: Xinjiang,as the country′s main cotton production area,is rich in cotton straw resources but has low utilization of cotton straw resources.Since comminuted cotton straw can be used to feed for cattle and sheep,how to bag comminuted cotton straw has certain practical significance for solving problem of feed for cattle and sheep and promoting commercial development of cotton straw.Therefore,it is very necessary to design a cotton straw spiral compression bagging machine.Structure and principle of whole machine of cotton straw spiral compression bagging machine were introduced.Its main components were designed and its productivity and power consumption were determined.Through finite element simulation of variable pitch spiral of its key components,reliability of variable pitch helical structure strength was verified.Finally,according to prototype′s specific power consumption index,indoor bagging tests were carried out.Results showed that the greater the speed at critical speed,the higher the transmission efficiency and the greater the amount of feed without causing clogging,the higher the delivery efficiency.
