Design of Online Automatic Weighing and Grading Control System for Poultry Based on PIC Single Chip Microcomputer

  • 摘要: 家禽在线自动称量分级技术是实现家禽屠宰加工自动化的关键技术之一。主要介绍了基于PIC18F25K80单片机的称量分级控制系统的工作原理、系统组成和实现方法,并对质量传感器的选择,电路设计和单片机软件设计等方面进行了阐述。

     

    Abstract: Online automatic weighing and grading control technology for poultry was one of the key techniques to automate poultry slaughtering and processing.Working principle,composition and implementation method of system based on PIC18F25K80 were introduced,and something about selection of weighing sensor,circuit and single-chip microcomputer software design were expounded.
