秸秆粉碎机关键部件设计

Design of Key Components of Straw Pulverizer

  • 摘要: 农业的快速发展使得农业生产中产生了越来越多的秸秆,若这些秸秆得不到妥善处理,不仅影响到农民的正常劳作,同时还会对自然环境造成严重的破坏。以秸秆粉碎机关键工作部件为主要研究对象,对秸秆粉碎机关键工作部件进行了分析和设计。通过对粉碎机主轴力学分析与不同荷载下的受力研究,探讨了该设计的可行性。

     

    Abstract: With rapid development of agriculture,more and more straws are produced in agriculture.If these straws can not be properly treated,it will not only affect normal work of farmers,but also cause serious damage to natural environment.Taking key working parts of straw crusher as main research object,key working parts of straw crusher were analyzed and designed.Through mechanical analysis of main shaft of crusher and study of stress under different loads,feasibility of design was discussed.
