青贮饲料收获机电控磨刀装置设计

Design of Electric Control Sharpener Device for Silage Harvester

  • 摘要: 设计了一种用于青贮饲料收获机机械液压系统上的电控磨刀装置,介绍了装置的结构组成及工作原理,优化了操作流程。装置操作方便,安全可靠,自动化程度高,可大大减少磨刀时间,节约农时,对我国青贮饲料收获机及畜牧产业的发展有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: A kind of electric control sharpener device based on mechanical hydraulic system of silage harvester was designed,structure and working principle of sharpener device were introduced,operation process was optimized.Sharpener device was safe and reliable,with convenient operation and high degree of automation,could reduce grinding time greatly and saving farming time,that is of important significance to development of China’s forage harvester and animal husbandry industry.
