Abstract: According to current situation of soil and water loss in Suqian city，plan of soil and water conservation was compiled，goal of soil and water conservation was established，key prevention areas and key control areas of soil erosion were clarified，key task of water and soil conservation in near future was put forward，and safeguard measures for future period of soil and water conservation were formulated. It could promote the process of ecological civilization construction.
