Abstract: Characteristics of mechatronics technology，application of mechatronics technology in development of agricultural mechanization，and application of mechatronics technology in development of agricultural machinery were mainly analyzed.With development of mechatronics technology，combination of mechatronics technology and agricultural machinery was getting closer and closer，which greatly promoted modernization of agricultural machinery.However，compared with developed countries，Chinese agricultural machinery modernization level is very low.In process of research and development，researchers of agricultural machinery in China need to closely combine mechatronics technology with research and development of agricultural production machinery，and it could improve technical level of agricultural machinery and promote development of agricultural modernization production in China.
