秸秆收储站点规模优化设计

Scale Optimization Design of Straw Collection and Storage Site

  • 摘要: 以小麦和玉米秸秆一年两季种植模式为例,调研现有运行的收储站点,按照秸秆原料供应时间、数量、收储成本和收储便利性选择站点常用设备、场地,估算站点的投资、占地面积和收储覆盖半径范围,并以此来建议收储站点最适宜的收储规模,圆捆以≤4 000 t/年为主,方捆以≤7 000 t/年为主。

     

    Abstract: Take wheat and corn stalks for two seasons in a year as an example,existing collection and storage sites were investigated.Selection of common site equipment and sites was done according to straw material supply time,quantity,storage cost and storage convenience.Site′s investment,area and storage radius were estimated.It is suggested that optimum storage scale of storage station should be no more than 4 000 t/year for round bundles and no more than 7 000 t/year for square bundles.
