Research Progress on Resource Utilization of Spent Mushroom Substrate

  • 摘要: 随着食用菌产业的迅速发展,食用菌菌糠的资源化利用受到了广泛关注。菌糠的丢弃或燃烧不仅造成了资源浪费,还对周边地区生态环境带来了威胁。该文探究了食用菌菌糠的基础特性和资源化利用现状,并分析了目前发展中存在的问题,明确了菌糠资源化的可行性和未来发展趋势,为菌糠资源化利用的进一步发展提供了理论基础。

     

    Abstract: With rapid development of edible fungi industry,resource utilization of edible fungus chaff has attracted wide attention.Abandonment or burning of fungus chaff not only wastes resources,but also threatenes ecological environment of surrounding areas.Basic characteristics of edible mushroom bran and status quo of its resource utilization were explored,existing problems in its development were analyzed,feasibility and future development trend of its resource tilization were clarified,and a theoretical basis for its further development was prorided.
