Research Status and Process of New Building Materials Using Agricultural Residues

  • 摘要: 玉米秸秆、麦秆和稻草等都是典型的农业剩余物,可与水泥、砂土等工业材料及有机物等复合,制成当前热门的环保节能新型建筑材料。基于农业剩余物的基本农业属性,结合各种制造转化工艺,探讨了新型建筑材料的制备工艺,验证了农业剩余物在建筑材料生产研发领域的可利用价值。

     

    Abstract: Corn stalks,wheat straw and rice straw and so on are typical agricultural residues,which could be combined with cement,sand and other industrial materials and organic compounds to make current popular environmental protection and energy saving new building materials.Based on basic agricultural attributes of agricultural residues,combined with various manufacturing transformation processes,preparation process of new building materials was discussed,and available value of agricultural residues in field of building materials production and research were proved.
