Current Situation and Development Suggestions of Food Safety Supervision System

  • 摘要: 我国对于食品安全重视程度较高。《食品安全法》实施后,在征集社会各界的修改意见,同时根据实际情况不断修改下,促使立法逐渐趋于完善。纵观当前我国食品安全治理现状,其中仍然存在一定的局限性,还有待进一步改进。该文就《食品安全法》实施后的食品安全问题进行分析,提出了推动食品安全监管体系建设的对策,以达到维护我国食品安全的目的。

     

    Abstract: Food safety has been attached high attention in China.After implementation of the Food Safety Law,amendment opinions from all walks of life have been solicited.At the same time,legislation has been constantly revised in accordance with actual situation,and legislation has been gradually improved.Throughout current situation of food safety management in China,there were still some limitations,which need to be further improved.Food safety problems after implementation of the Food Safety Law were analyzed,and some countermeasures were put forward to promote construction of food safety supervision system to achieve goal of safeguarding food safety in China.
