Abstract: Based on task and function of forest genetic breeding technology in China，present situation of forest genetic breeding technology in China was analyzed by SWOT analysis，and main influencing factors，such as advantages and disadvantages of technology production，opportunities and challenges for future development were obtained，and forecasting and judging of development trend of forest genetic and breeding technology in China were made in order to provide reference for peers.
