Performance Test and Improvement Measures of Tractor Air Conditioning System

  • 摘要: 通过对拖拉机空调关键组件、驾驶室总成及整机逐级进行的空调系统测试及分析过程中,探索了改进风道结构、提高风道密封性、提高驾驶室密封性及改进外循环风口结构的方法。这些方法经验证测试,工作效果得到了明显的改进。所以,将改进的措施进行固化,有利于提高空调性能。

     

    Abstract: Through test and analysis of key components of tractor air conditioning system,cab assembly and whole machine,methods of improving duct structure and duct tightness,providing cab tightness and improving structure of external circulation tuyere were explored.These methods have been verified and tested,and their working results have been significantly improved.Therefore,curing improved measures was beneficial to improve performance of air conditioner.
