Abstract: In China，rapid development of wisdom agriculture has put forward more and more demands on cultivation and construction of talents in colleges and universities.The innovation of postgraduate training mode is the important content of agricultural engineering education system.Reform of training mode of agricultural engineering majors was analyzed by taking Henan University of Science and Technology as an example to explore effect of reform from theory teaching，practice link and school-enterprise cooperation.Some important research directions were emphased，such as curriculum system，teaching method，textbook compiling and so on.
