Abstract: Efficient unification of family contract and scale operation is fundamental and deep-seated problem that needs to be solved for agriculture development，efforts to solve this problem could speed up agricultural modernization process. Deficiency in large-scale development of agricultural production in China was analyzed，a new pattern of agricultural production organization was explored and constructed，foundation，operating mechanism and advantages of low-cost solution path for efficient unification of family contract and scale operation were discussed in detail，economic cost，social benefit and expected target of pattern were analyzed，that could provide theoretical reference for low-cost realization of efficient unification of family contract and scale operation in our country.
